By visiting marinainsulation.com or contacting Marina Insulation to request services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Marina Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, insulation removal, and related services in Marina, CA and surrounding communities. Our website provides information about these services and a means to contact us for estimates.
The content on our website is for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content is current, complete, or error-free.
All estimates provided by Marina Insulation are based on information available at the time of the estimate and are subject to change if site conditions, scope, or material costs differ from what was assessed. A written estimate is not a binding contract until both parties have signed a separate service agreement or work order.
Estimates are provided at no charge and with no obligation. Prices quoted during an estimate are valid for 30 days from the date of the written estimate unless otherwise stated.
Once a project is scheduled, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Last-minute cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee if materials or equipment were specifically prepared or reserved for your job. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, supplier delays, or circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.
Payment terms will be stated in your written service agreement or work order. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects, with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise arranged in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of scheduling. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be referred for collection.
Marina Insulation warrants that services will be performed in a workmanlike manner using materials suited to the project. Any warranty coverage specific to your project will be outlined in your written service agreement.
The content, information, and materials on our website are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms. We will assist you in understanding applicable manufacturer warranties before work begins.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marina Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or the use of our website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of services performed shall not exceed the amount paid for those specific services.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions in your home that are discovered during the course of work, unless we have agreed in writing to address those conditions as part of the scope.
To allow us to perform work safely and effectively, you agree to:
